Gmail
Important: The most reliable method requires using Gmail on a computer (not the phone app). If you only have access on your phone, see the mobile tips at the bottom of this section.
Add Us to Your Contacts Quick Method
- Open Gmail on your computer
- Find an email from us in your inbox (or check your Spam folder)
- Open the email
- Hover your mouse over the sender's name at the top of the email
- A small popup will appear — click the person icon with a "+" sign to add us to your contacts
- That's it! Gmail is now more likely to deliver our emails to your inbox
Create a Filter Most Reliable
- Open Gmail on your computer
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner
- Click "See all settings"
- Click the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab at the top
- Click "Create a new filter"
- In the "From" field, type the sender's email address
- Click "Create filter"
- Check the box that says "Never send it to Spam"
- Click "Create filter" again
- Done! Gmail will now always deliver emails from this address to your inbox
📩 Already in Spam?
If our emails ended up in your Spam folder, open one of them and click "Not Spam" at the top. This tells Gmail it made a mistake.
📱 Gmail on Your Phone
The Gmail app on your phone doesn't support creating filters. But you can still help by opening any email from us that landed in Spam and tapping "Report not spam." For full protection, we recommend doing the Create a Filter method above on a computer when you get a chance.
Outlook
These steps work for Outlook.com, the Outlook app, and Outlook on the web. The screens may look slightly different depending on your version.

Yahoo Mail
Yahoo's spam filter can be aggressive. For the best results, we recommend doing all three steps below.
Step 1: Add Us to Your Contacts

- Click "Add to Contacts"
- This tells Yahoo you trust this sender

- Open your Spam folder
- If you see any emails from us in there, select them
- Click "Not Spam" in the toolbar at the top
- This trains Yahoo to recognize our emails as legitimate
Step 3: Create a Filter Most Reliable
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner
- Click "More Settings"
- Click "Filters" in the left panel
- Click "Add new filters"
- Give the filter a name (anything you like, such as "Allow [Company Name]")
- Under "From," type the sender's email address
- Under "Move the message to," choose "Inbox"
- Click "Save"
- Done! Yahoo will now route emails from this address directly to your inbox
Apple Mail — iPhone & iPad
Move from Junk and Add to Contacts
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap "Mailboxes" in the top-left corner to go back to your mailbox list
- Tap "Junk"
- Find an email from us and open it

- Tap "Inbox" — this moves the email out of Junk
- Now open the email again from your Inbox
- Tap the sender's name at the top
- Tap "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact"
- Apple Mail uses your Contacts to decide who to trust — so this helps ensure future emails arrive in your inbox
